Katherine Lam is a digital marketing intern at 740 Project since June 2024, with prior experience as a client services intern and strategy intern at Redscout from June to August 2023. Katherine served as a MAIP 2023 Fellow at 4A's and worked as a communication fellow at Future Front Texas, where responsibilities included managing communications, shadowing production and strategy planning, and conducting community outreach. As events director for Silk Club ATX, Katherine planned events, fostered community connections, and collaborated with local businesses. Additional roles include studio lead, project lead, and product designer at Design for America - UT Austin, as well as strategist and assistant producer at c0ffe3. Katherine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a certificate in Design Strategies from The University of Texas at Austin.
