Thomas Gift is an experienced leader in expert services and client management within the financial technology sector. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Expert Services at S&P Global since March 2022, Thomas leads a team focused on enhancing the utilization of the iLEVEL portfolio monitoring platform. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at IHS Markit, including Head of Expert Services and Associate Director, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring client satisfaction and successful platform implementations. Thomas's career began at Ipreo Private Capital Markets as a Senior Project Manager and Client Services Analyst, complemented by roles at Fiserv, Waddell & Reed, and TierOne Bank.
