Madi Nguyen is a dedicated professional currently working as a Barista at 7 Leaves Cafe since July 2023, where responsibilities include preparing a variety of drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and providing customer service. Simultaneously, Madi serves as an Immunology Undergraduate Researcher at UC Irvine's Walsh Lab, focusing on the role of DRAK2 in T cell activation and autoimmune diseases, as part of a project investigating its effects on lipid pathways. Madi also has experience in medical shadowing with Dr. Jennifer Hubert since June 2021. Madi is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at UC Irvine, expected to graduate in June 2025, following completion of a high school diploma from Edison High School in June 2021.
