Kristina Fan is the CEO and Co-Founder of 7 Chord Inc, where responsibilities include overseeing people, product, and revenue growth, as well as managing technology and real-time machine learning infrastructure as Interim CTO since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role in Risk and Quantitative Analysis at BlackRock, advising on regulatory changes post-financial crisis and representing the firm in industry groups. Kristina contributed to product development for OTC derivatives at JPMorgan Chase, was involved in sales and marketing for credit derivatives at Scotiabank, and began a career in trading at Bear Stearns. Kristina holds an MSc in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Economics (Honors) from New York University, along with coursework in theoretical linguistics from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University.
