Samantha Willis is a data scientist with extensive experience in data analysis and modeling. Currently employed at 6point6 since January 2023, Samantha previously held positions at Openreach from April 2019 to December 2022, where roles included Cloud Architecture Consultant and Data Scientist focused on fiber footprint modeling, utilizing Python for deployment planning. Samantha also contributed to workforce forecasting through time series regression modeling within the Business Intelligence team at Openreach. Prior experience includes research assistance at the University of Edinburgh, where Samantha conducted data collection and analysis for the WATCHMAN project and investigated machine learning applications in statistical physics. Samantha's professional journey began with roles as an intern at Etihad Airways and as an assistant at My First Gym, alongside event support experiences in the film industry. Samantha holds a BSc in Mathematical Physics from the University of Edinburgh.
