Overview of Role

We are seeking a motivated Learning and Development Specialist based in Bengaluru with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This role will be instrumental in advancing our L&D initiatives. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging learning programs, including live and self-paced sessions, utilizing modern instructional design methods and adult learning principles.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify training needs, create relevant content, and align learning initiatives with organizational objectives and the unique skillsets required for success at 66degrees.
  • Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it supports 66degrees' innovative approach and remains user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Utilize e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Canva to design interactive learning materials that reflect 66degrees' focus on cutting-edge cloud and AI-driven solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to source or develop specialized learning content and tools that align with the technological and strategic goals of 66degrees.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in learning and development to introduce innovative solutions that support the professional growth and transformation goals at 66degrees.
  • Manage multiple projects and programs from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the dynamic and collaborative culture at 66degrees.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, or related industry. 
  • Strong expertise in instructional design principles and learning methodologies, with hands-on experience developing engaging learning programs.
  • Proficient in administering and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support seamless training delivery.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience conducting both on-site and virtual training sessions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Canva
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training and Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
