Additionally, they held the role of Manager, Service Management from June 2012 to October 2013.

Alex Palomares completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Science at Humboldt State University from 1994 to 2000. In 2004-2005, they obtained a certificate in Sequential Program in Project Management from UCLA. Later, in 2006, they received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
In 2011, Alex earned a certificate in Executive Leadership from the USC Marshall School of Business. They obtained another certificate from the same institution in 2015, specifically in Driving Strategies for Maximizing Value and Growth.
Additionally, Alex has obtained several additional certifications. In 2013, they received the ITILv3 Foundations certification from CSME, Inc. The following year, in 2014, they obtained the ITIL Service Strategy certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2020, Alex obtained the Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Finally, they are projected to receive the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2023.
