Florin Rotar is an Advisory Board Member at 5G Open Innovation Lab. Florin has also served as a Non Executive Board Member at Akumina from August 2018 to June 2022, and as a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting from January 1997 to August 2000. In their previous role as Nordic Customer Team System Manager at Procter & Gamble, they were responsible for Nordic IT Projects done together with P&G's customers (the major retailers).

Florin Rotar attended The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, where they earned a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering.
