Dr. Nicole Kuepper-Russell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in energy and strategic operations. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer, Deputy CEO, and Chief Operations Officer at 5B since August 2020, Dr. Kuepper-Russell is instrumental in driving innovative solar energy technology aimed at delivering affordable energy solutions. Prior to 5B, Dr. Kuepper-Russell held senior management roles at Bain & Company, focusing on strategy and performance improvement across various sectors, including utilities and financial services. Additional experience includes directorial roles at YWCA NSW, technology transfer project management at the University of New South Wales, policy development at AusAID, and research assistance at the Fraunhofer Institute. Dr. Kuepper-Russell holds a PhD in Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Photovoltaics and Solar Energy from UNSW.
