Abbey Olivo is a seasoned Marketing Manager currently overseeing marketing initiatives at 52TEN, a national MHP investment strategy and real estate capital management firm, since November 2023. Prior to this, Abbey held the position of Marketing Manager at Basta Boatlifts from July 2020 to May 2023, where effective project and time management were crucial in managing a small team's extensive workload. Abbey's experience also includes roles in luxury boat and yacht sales at Seattle Boat Company, as Community Relations Director at Merrill Gardens, and as Sales & Marketing Manager at Brookdale, where a notable turnaround in occupancy was achieved. Additional contributions include volunteering for the Alzheimer's Association and serving as Marketing Director at Leisure Care.
