Kuba Kocięba's work experience includes being a Frontend Web Developer at 4soft since June 2021. Kuba was also the owner of Radiowy Głos from May 2020 until August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Objectivity from December 2020 to May 2021 and as a Programista front-end at PGS Software S.A. from September 2018 to January 2020. Kuba also worked as a Javascript Developer and Software Tester at NoMachine from August 2015 to September 2018. Kuba has experience as a Tablet Technician at Acer from November 2013 to March 2015, as a digitizing specialist at Radio Wrocław from February 2013 to June 2013, and as an Intern at CSK Studio from April 2012 to June 2012. Kuba has also worked as a sound engineer at Tako Media in February 2012 and as a Reporter at Radio Rodzina from August 2011 to March 2012.

Kuba Kocięba completed their MSc degree in Electronics and Telecommunication with a specialization in Acoustics from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Kuba pursued this degree from 2005 to 2011. In addition, they attended the International College of Sports and Performance in Oure, Denmark in 2008, where they studied Contemporary Music. Although no degree is mentioned for this program, it contributes to Kuba's educational background.
