Pepijn R. is currently employed as a junior functional consultant at 4PS since February 2023. Prior to this role, Pepijn conducted a graduation project at Evides Waterbedrijf from February to September 2022, focusing on performance management in water infrastructure, which resulted in a proof of concept for a dashboard addressing various performance management levels. Pepijn R. holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Technical Business Administration from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, completed in November 2022, and also pursued a minor in Data Driven Business at the same institution. Earlier education includes secondary education at Openbaar Lyceum Zeist in Economics and Society and at OSGS Mavo Zeist.
