Paula Middelkoop is an experienced professional in product management and development, currently serving as the Director of Product & Development at 4PS since January 2013. In this role, Paula oversees product management and development for a company recognized as a market leader in ICT solutions for the construction industry. Previously, Paula held positions as Manager of Product Management, Product Manager, and Functional Tester at 4PS, managing various aspects of product lifecycle and quality assurance. Prior experience includes a role as Designer/3D Designer/Traffic Manager at Alleplattegronden, focusing on the development of housing floor plans and 3D visualizations. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Multimedia Design from HAN University of Applied Sciences, as well as certifications in English language and testing engineering.
