Troy Watters is the current Director of Production Services at 4media group. Troy was previously the Chief Production Officer at GoNetYourself from January 2012 to November 2020, and before that, the owner of Blink Media Productions LLC from May 2008 to November 2020. Troy's first job in production was as a Production Specialist at Journal Broadcast Group from July 2006 to June 2008, where they worked with teleprompters, studio cameras, sound, and morning and night editing.

Troy Watters has a Minor in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwest Nazarene University as well as a BA in Mass Communications from the same school.
