David Duda, AICP, currently serves as the Director of Planning & Land Development and Branch Manager at 4Creeks, Inc., where Mr. Duda established a Land Use Planning Department. With a strong background in Land Use Planning, Urban Design, Geographic Information Systems, and feasibility studies, Mr. Duda previously held the role of Senior Planner/Project Manager at QK, Inc. from April 2005 to September 2013. Mr. Duda's career in the US Navy as an Aircraft Director spanned from March 1999 to March 2001. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Penn State University, and an Associate of Arts with an emphasis in Architecture from San Diego Mesa College.
