Heather Lockery is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management across various food and coffee industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters, Heather has also held key positions including Director of Operations, Plant Manager at The Very Good Food Company, Operations Manager at Fine Choice Foods Ltd., Production Manager at Catelli Foods Corporation, and Continuous Improvement Lead at Vanderpol Food Group. Heather holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
