Luke Winskowski, CFP® MBA, serves as the President of 49 Financial and the Executive in Residence at F2 Strategy, Inc, which specializes in consulting services within the wealth management sector. Previously, Luke held significant leadership roles at Thrivent, including Senior Vice President of Advice & Wealth Management, where contributions included leading the transformation of a legacy business and spearheading the development of a corporate hybrid RIA platform recognized as RIAs Innovator of the Year in 2021. Luke's career began at Accenture as a Financial Analyst, advancing through various roles at Thrivent Financial, from Financial Associate to Partner. Luke holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BA in Financial Economics and Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
