Jessica A. Elwell is a seasoned professional in the energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Product Development at OxEon Energy since March 2021. Elwell is also an Editorial Advisory Board Member for Utah Business, Secretary of the Board of Directors at the United States Hydrogen Alliance, and holds a position on the Board of Governors at 47G. Additionally, Elwell contributes as a Mentor and Founding Member of Women Who Succeed. Previous roles include Engineering Manager and Engineering and Quality Manager at Nammo Defense Systems Inc., and Program Manager at Ceramatec, Inc., where a notable achievement involved the NASA-funded solid oxide electrolysis device that produced oxygen on Mars. Elwell holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
