Jaime Navarro Santapau has worked in the software engineering field since 2007. In that year, they began working as a Software Engineer for Tecsidel. In this role, they performed functional analysis and application development on Unix systems, developed client applications on Windows, and installed and maintained applications developed on Unix machines. In 2012, they began working for Mirada PLC as a Backend Software Development Lead & 24/7 Support. In this role, they reviewed and helped to prepare software deployments in AWS and on-premises environments, reviewed software developments with CD, CI tools to identify issues in an early state, and coordinated QA, Development and IT to address software deployment for each release. Jaime also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Mirada PLC, where they developed functionalities for the exploitation of different digital TV and cable TV services and performed maintenance tasks on Linux using Shell Scripts. In 2022, they began working as a Senior DevOps Engineer for 47 Degrees.

Jaime Navarro Santapau completed a Máster Universitario en Software Libre at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Certificado de Aptitud Pedagógica at the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche in 2005 and 2006. Jaime also obtained an Ingeniero de Telecomunicación from the same university between 2004 and 2007. Before that, they completed an Ingeniero técnico de Telecomunicación at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) with a specialization in Radiocomunicaciones between 2000 and 2004.
