Angela Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Angela worked at 47 Degrees I Part of Xebia as an Engineering Manager starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Cafeto Software, where they held two roles. Angela first served as an Engineering Manager from January 2019 to August 2021, managing software projects and coaching and guiding developers. Angela then transitioned to the role of Head of Staff Augmentation Services from August 2021 to February 2023, where they implemented strategies for operative excellence and oversaw the execution of projects. Before their time at Cafeto Software, Angela held various positions at CIAT, starting as an intern in 2007 and progressing to the role of Systems Analyst for the Genetic Resources Program. From 2001 to 2007, Angela attended Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, where they earned a degree in Informatics Engineering, specializing in Information Technology.

Angela then attended Universidad ICESI, where they pursued a Specialization in Organizational Information Technology Management from 2008 to 2009.

Following that, Angela continued their studies at Universidad ICESI and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in the field of Management of Information Technology and Telecommunications from 2009 to 2012.
