Michael Wälischmiller has work experience in various software engineering roles. Michael is currently working as a Software Engineer at 4.screen since January 2021. Previously, they worked at MaibornWolff GmbH, where they held the positions of Senior Software Engineer from December 2018 to December 2020, and Software Engineer from May 2017 to December 2020. Before that, they were a Working Student in Software Development at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal GmbH from March 2015 to April 2017. Michael also worked as a Working Student in Content Management at Allianz Group from June 2014 to January 2015.

Michael Wälischmiller has a solid educational background in the field of computer science. Michael earned a Master of Science degree in Informatik from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, which they completed from 2014 to 2017. Prior to their master's degree, they also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Medieninformatik from the same university, from 2011 to 2014. Before entering university, Michael completed their Abitur from Korbinian-Aigner Gymnasium Erding in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Michael has also earned certifications from Oracle. In November 2018, they obtained the certification for Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer II. Prior to that, in December 2017, they achieved the Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer certification.
