Thomas Kirkbak has extensive experience in litigation management and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Litigation & Compliance at 3Shape since January 2018. Previously, Thomas held various positions at Lundbeck from January 2002 to December 2017, including Head of Litigation & Compliance and Chief IP Litigation Specialist, where responsibilities involved formulating litigation strategies and ensuring preparedness for intellectual property rights (IPR) litigation. Thomas's early career included a role as Attorney-at-Law at Philip & Partners from March 1996 to December 2001. Thomas holds a law degree from Aarhus University, obtained between 1990 and 1995.
