Iris van der linde has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Iris began their career as a Locatie Beheerder at Stromma Netherlands in 2011. In 2014, they became a Serveerster at The Three Sisters. In 2016, they were an Intern at Gemeente Amsterdam. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Care Professional at American Express. In 2019, they became an Account Development Representative at Clarabridge. Most recently, they have been a Key Account Relationship Manager at 3S Money since 2020.

Iris van der linde attended the ROC van Amsterdam from 2007 to 2010, studying Management Economie & Recht. Iris then attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2017, studying Law.
