Shaza Mezian is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product design, software engineering, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Co-Founder at 3rive since April 2023, Shaza previously held the position of Senior Product Designer at Method:CRM, where the focus was on creating user-centric digital products and leading design processes. Shaza has also contributed as a Global Sustainability Project Course Mentor at How to Change the World, guiding students in sustainability through design thinking. With prior experience as a Product Designer at Nurture Growth Bio Fertilizer Inc and as a Visual Designer in a freelance capacity, Shaza has demonstrated expertise in enhancing user experiences and aligning product strategies with business goals. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Applied Science University and a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy & Counselling Skills from Transformations Institute.
