Erica joined 3Q/DEPT in January 2020 as VP, finance, serving as a strategic business partner to client service teams and overseeing financial planning and operating performance. Motivated to find creative solutions to complex problems, Erica is passionate about challenging the status quo and accepting no limits. Prior to joining 3Q/DEPT, Erica spent the last decade in finance roles for both Edelman and Leo Burnett, advising her teams on pricing and client growth strategy, optimizing staffing structures, and managing high-growth practices. She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
