Louise Hartley is an experienced barrister currently practicing at 3PB Barristers since October 2024. Previously, Louise served as Head of Legal and Senior In-House Lawyer at Sport England from March 2019 to October 2024. Prior in-house experience includes a position as Counsel at the Phone-paid Services Authority and as a Lawyer in the Regulatory Legal Team at The Nursing and Midwifery Council, where responsibilities included managing complex cases and mentoring pupils. Earlier roles include Barrister at 15 New Bridge Street, handling crime, immigration, and regulatory law, as well as a Paralegal at Hickman & Rose Solicitors. Louise holds a Bar Vocational Course from the College of Law, London, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from King's College London.
