Raha Been, Ph.D., MBA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Research and Development, Strategic Development and Commercialization at 3M, a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Medtronic as Senior Business Development Director for the Medical Surgical Portfolio from 2022 to 2024 and multiple senior positions at 3M from 2013 to 2021, including Senior Director of Enterprise PMO and Global Marketing Manager. Additionally, Raha Been was a Biology Professor at Metropolitan State University and conducted cancer research at the University of Minnesota as a Research Scientist. The educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Comparative and Molecular Biosciences, an MBA, a Master of Science in Biology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, all obtained from the University of Minnesota.
