Lindsay Labahn is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience in leading design initiatives and integrating design thinking across various teams. Currently serving as a UX Design Principal at 3M since November 2014, Lindsay has successfully directed projects in the Corporate Center of Excellence and Safety and Industrial divisions, focusing on translating business goals into impactful digital products and managing external design resources. Previous experience includes a Senior UX Designer role at Novu LLC, where Lindsay established usability testing best practices and visual design systems, along with a Contract UX Designer role at Best Buy, which involved creating user experiences for e-commerce solutions. Lindsay's career also encompasses freelance design consulting, a UX Designer position at Worrell, Inc., and earlier roles in graphic design and project management. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art from the University of Minnesota.
