Anastasija Grujic is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Specialist at 3Lateral doo since June 2019. Prior roles include HR Manager at Prozone and Human Resources Specialist at Tarkett SEE. Anastasija's expertise encompasses recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee development, performance management, and employee relations. Anastasija has also contributed to internal and external communication efforts. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad and advanced certifications in RECBT psychotherapy from the Albert Ellis Affiliated Training Center in Belgrade, alongside a certification in Organisational Cognitive-Behavioral Coaching.
