Siddharth Mehta has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership positions. Siddharth is currently the CEO of 3i Business Solutions, where they oversee their BPM setup and other service offerings. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Live Digital Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd and ICCS BPO India. Siddharth also worked as the Vice President North Operations at Vertex Customer Management India Pvt Ltd, where they managed multiple contact centers and a large team. Siddharth has also held roles such as DGM Operations at Spanco BPO, Regional Call Center Head at Bharat BPO, and Manager Operations at Spice BPO. Siddharth started their career at DSS Mobile Communications Ltd (Mobilink) as a Senior Team Leader, handling customer care operations.
Siddharth Mehta attended Delhi University from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. Prior to that, they attended N C Jindal Public School. Siddharth also has a certification in Lean Management from Benchmark Six Sigma.
