Rogelio Ayala has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Starting in 2006, they worked at e latitude as an assembler and production associate, with responsibilities including importing and exporting AVL equipment, inventory management, and providing technical support for Central America.
In 2009, Ayala joined Skypatrol LLC, initially working as a customer support engineer. Rogelio later became the manager of customer support, overseeing technical support for Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. Rogelio'sduties included training, script development, diagnostics for RMA units, and resolving issues through Skype and email. Rogelio also conducted hardware testing for devices such as Queclink, Gosafe, and Laird, and peripheral testing for iButton, fuel sensors, and temperature sensors.
From 2017, Ayala worked at 3Dtracking as a technical account manager. In this role, they were responsible for the technical implementation of tracking devices, CANBUS, sensors, and various other technologies. Rogelio worked with brands including Queclink, CalAmp, Teltonika, Ruptela, and Skypatrol, and utilized the platform to visualize telemetry, sensors, cameras, and more.
Throughout their career, Ayala has demonstrated expertise in technical support, hardware testing, and implementation of tracking devices and peripherals in the telecommunications industry.
Rogelio Ayala earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad 'Francisco Gavidia' between the years 2010 and 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in CalAmp Product Training from CalAmp in October 2019. In October 2015, Rogelio also received the Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals 2008 certification from Microsoft.
