Scarlett Milligan is a barrister currently practicing at 39 Essex Chambers since November 2021, following a tenure at Temple Garden Chambers from October 2016 to November 2021, where Scarlett also served as a pupil barrister under the supervision of Marcus Grant, Nicholas Moss, and Alexander Glassbrook. Prior experience includes working as a paralegal at Macfarlanes from August 2015 to September 2016, providing advice to financial services partners regarding claims related to the mis-selling of interest rate hedging products. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from UCL (2011-2014) and completion of the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at BPP Law School (2014-2015), complemented by foundational studies in Maths, English Literature, Psychology, and Economics at the Royal Grammar School Newcastle upon Tyne.
