Chris Bailey is a seasoned finance and investment professional with extensive experience in sustainable infrastructure and clean energy markets. As a Partner at 38 Degrees North since April 2017, Chris focuses on innovative investment solutions that accelerate the energy transition and decarbonization. Previously, Chris co-founded and served as Chief Financial Officer at PowerScout, pioneering a big data marketplace for sustainable home improvements. In prior roles, Chris was a founding team member and Senior Vice President at TerraForm Power, leading crucial capital markets initiatives, and held significant positions at SunEdison, Acuity Capital Partners, groSolar, and the United Nations Association, where Chris advocated for public-private partnerships in financing energy infrastructure. Chris holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University.
