Previously, Lauryn was the President of The Franzoni Group, a leadership development and coaching firm they founded in 2000. Lauryn also served as the President of Leadership IQ, a research and training company that provides leaders with the insights they need to improve their organizations. During their tenure there, they helped hundreds of clients across a wide range of industries improve their leadership skills and build more effective organizations.
Before that, Lauryn was the Vice President of Strategy and Organizational Development at Kellwood Company, where they were responsible for talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Lauryn also helped evolve the Kellwood organization to better support its strategic growth initiatives and improve the capabilities of the Kellwood team.
