Shahanza Zartaj has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shahanza is currently working at 360training as a Senior People Coordinator, where they oversee all aspects of people operations including talent acquisition, payroll, HRIS portals, benefit administration, recruitment, onboarding, and separation activities. Shahanza is also responsible for employee engagement and wellness initiatives and collaborates with stakeholders within and outside the company.

Prior to their current role, Shahanza worked as a Project Intern at The Aman Foundation in 2017. Shahanza also gained experience as a Research Enumerator at the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they served as a Management Intern at Schneider Electric Industrial Services in 2016 and as a Logistics Support Staff at Liaquat National Hospital & Medical College in 2015.

Earlier in their career, Shahanza was an Intern at JDC in 2014 and a Student Volunteer at The Citizens Foundation from 2014 to 2014.

Shahanza Zartaj completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they pursued an Intermediate degree in Pre-Engineering from Sir Syed Govt. Girls College from 2011 to 2013. Shahanza completed their Matriculation in Computer Science from Azeemi Public Higher Secondary School from 2007 to 2011.
