Michael Criddle started their work experience as a Courtesy Clerk at Sobeys in Okotoks in June 2017. Michael worked part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months until March 2022. In this role, they took on various responsibilities such as coordinating new employee training and assisting the dairy manager.

Currently, Michael is employed at 360 Energy Liability Management Ltd. as a Project Accountant. Michael started in May 2022 on an eight-month Co-op position that is scheduled to end in December. This part-time position allows him to continue their studies while gaining valuable work experience and industry knowledge.

Michael Criddle attended Mount Royal University from 2020 to 2024, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
