Michelle Specht is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and event strategy. Currently serving as a Systems Engineering Strategist at 321 Gang since June 2017, Michelle supports all stages of the sales cycle to ensure client success and the planning of world-class technical events. Prior to this, Michelle spent nearly a decade at IBM in various roles, including Worldwide Event Strategist for Watson IoT, where responsibilities included event creation and execution, and supporting sales teams as a Systems Engineer/IT Specialist. Michelle’s career began at BAE Systems as a Systems Analyst and later as a Principal SW Engineer II, focusing on Link-16 programs and training new engineers. Additionally, experience as a Systems Engineer at DRS Tactical Systems involved requirements management and testing. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Rowan University.
