Frances Lalas

Director at 3 Generations

Frances Lalas is the current Director at 3 Generations. Prior to this, they were the Residences Executive Director at Faena Group from November 2014 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the oversight of all residences at Faena District Miami Beach, including managing owner experience, leading property operations teams, and overseeing condo associations. Frances was also an Executive Committee member, working cross-functionally with all departments to deliver luxury amenities and service to VIP residents and members. In addition, Frances developed and executed operational standards and new building opening procedures across the district, which included leading team trainings. Frances also worked with developer construction manager to transfer units to owners, and they worked directly with COO on District real estate matters including contracts and tenant relations.

Before their role at Faena Group, Frances was the Vice President of Special Projects at The Vines of Mendoza from July 2011 to November 2014. In this role, they were responsible for managing special projects and initiatives for the company. Frances was also an inquisitive and creative operations consultant, working with various businesses on their operations. Lastly, Frances was a Senior Advisor at Global Philanthropy Group from July 2009 to June 2011. In this role, they worked with clients on their philanthropic goals and strategies.

Frances has always been driven by their passions in life. Frances received their MBA from Stanford University in 2008 and their Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Washington in 2006

Frances Lalas has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington. In addition, they have certification from the State of Florida in Florida State Community Association Manager.
