Nathalia Santoro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in team management and marketing within the call center environment at 3 Day Blinds, where roles have included Campaign Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Team Supervisor since June 2018. Responsibilities include supervising a team of 32 call agents, enhancing appointment and sales performance through innovative training methods, and successfully leading the Appointment Team to achieve record conversion rates. Prior experience includes an internship at the World Affairs Council of Orange County, where Nathalia contributed to sponsorship outreach; a student worker role at California State Parks; and translation work for the Sustainable Cities Project at UC Irvine.
