Lindsey DesRochers has extensive experience in educational operations and instructional management, currently holding the position of Manager of Central Operations at 2U since August 2019. Lindsey's roles at 2U have included Senior Program Delivery & Implementation Lead and Senior E-Learning Specialist, contributing to the transformation of online education through innovative technology and data-driven strategies. Previously, Lindsey spent six years at Fuel Education LLC in various leadership roles, including Teacher Training & Retention Specialist and Regional Instructional Manager, where effective induction programs and performance analytics were key focuses. Earlier experience includes positions at K12 as an Instructional Manager and Social Science Lead Teacher, and coaching tennis at Rancho Bernardo High School. Lindsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education-Social Studies from Indiana University Bloomington and endorsements from UC San Diego.
