Kaveh Sadeghian is a seasoned professional in learning strategy and program design, currently serving as Director of Learning Strategy and Director of Course Strategy at 2U since November 2020. In parallel, Kaveh co-founded and leads as CEO of Blacksmiths, focusing on leadership programming for nonprofits. Experience also includes teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, where Kaveh covers purpose-driven education and social innovation, and serving as Creative Director at the same institution's Center for Social Impact Strategy. Previous roles include Change Manager at Ashoka, Creative Director at Williams/Gerard Productions, and Strategy and Transformation Consultant at IBM, along with a program fellowship for Civic 50 at the National Conference on Citizenship. Kaveh holds a BBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Global Public Health from the College of William & Mary.
