Valerie Palmieri is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and diagnostic services sectors. As the CEO and Founder of MOMENTUM Consulting since 2009, Valerie leads a global consulting practice focusing on the entire product development process. Valerie has served on the Scientific Advisory Board of 2San since August 2022, contributing to the advancement of innovative digital technologies in healthcare. Valerie's previous roles include Executive Chairwoman, President, and CEO of Aspira Women's Health, where Valerie oversaw the development of FDA-cleared products to improve gynecologic health outcomes, and Chief Operating Officer at Vermillion Inc., focusing on diagnostic tests in women’s health. Valerie has also held key positions as CEO of LifeCycle Laboratories, President of DiagnoCure, and Vice President at LabCorp/DIANON Systems. Valerie holds a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from Western Connecticut State University and an online certificate in Corporate Governance from Wharton Executive Education.
