Carolyn Aguila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in arts administration and partnership management. Currently serving as the Manager of Partnerships at both 2nd Story and CultureBuilds, Carolyn focuses on fostering inclusion through coaching and workshops across various sectors. Previously, as the Director of Development at Ensemble Espanol Spanish Dance Theater, Carolyn successfully raised $1.8 million and implemented strategic initiatives, including the formation of a Youth Company Board. Other notable roles include Poet-in-Residence at Frankenstone Arts Center, Administrative Project Manager at Ensemble Espanol, and Arts Administration Consultant for Mercury Theater and Marc Kelly Smith. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Board of Governor's Interdisciplinary Studies from Northeastern Illinois University.
