Daniel Pfeffer is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as R&D Manager Linux at 2N since July 2023, previous roles include Software Engineering Director, Principal Software Engineer, and Senior Project Manager at DHL IT Services, where Daniel managed multiple global business application development projects. Experience at Sun Microsystems as Engineering Manager involved leadership of software development teams and product management for the open-source modular IDE, NetBeans. Earlier positions include Project Manager at REUTERS Czech Republic, focusing on modular financial systems, and Software Engineering Team Lead at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, where Daniel led the development of data management and artificial neural networks applications. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Technical Cybernetics/Biocybernetics from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
