Thomas Farr has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Thomas began their career in 1995 as an Account Manager at Todd-AO and Ascent Media, where they managed several major studio accounts including MGM and Disney. In 2004, they became a Partner/Manager at Ticket Request, where they were responsible for daily operations of retail store and website, revenue development, employee hiring and supervision, marketing/advertising, inside/outside sales, customer service, and corporate accounts. Thomas increased annual revenue from $200,000 to over 1 million in the first year and well over 2 million in the second year. In 2008, they became an Account Manager at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, where they drove client relations, sales, and workflow implementation for over a dozen series and doubled annual revenue each year on the account. In 2011, they became a Senior Project Manager/Accounts Lead/Business Development at Point.360, where they were the Disney and Nickelodeon Teams Lead and was responsible for maintaining relevant specs/workflow guidelines and training team members accordingly. Thomas also spearheaded client relations, sales, revenue development, and workflow testing/implementation. In 2018, they became a Senior Project Manager - Disney at Pixelogic Media. Finally, in 2019, they became the President of FBC - Farr Better Consulting LLC, and in 2021 they became the Project Manager Team Lead at 2G Digital.
Thomas Farr has attended two educational institutions. Thomas first attended the Center for the Media Arts where they earned a Degree in Television Production. Thomas then attended Roger Williams University where they studied Communications.
