Matt Banta has over 15 years of experience in claims management and coordination, currently serving as Claims Manager at 2B Adjusting Services, Inc. since 2015. In this role, Matt oversees TPA claim operations, focusing on coverage analysis, liability evaluation, and the development of claims examiners through training and mentoring. Previously, from 2011 to 2015, Matt was the TPA Coordinator at National Indemnity Company, where responsibilities included serving as a liaison between the carrier and TPA clients while establishing claims handling standards. Matt's career began as a Claims Examiner at Litton Claims Services from 2005 to 2011, where investigation and resolution of commercial and transportation claims were key duties. Matt holds a degree from Hastings College.
