Ken Feehan is a Principal Consultant and Trainer for 280 Group. Ken has deep experience in both the product development and Go-To-Market phases of the product cycle. He has worked/consulted to hardware, software, cloud, infrastructure and services companies and understands the business needs of each.
His goal is to help clients to use data in order to make smart, timely decisions and create just enough process to ensure that the Product team is perceived to be the market, product and customer experts. Ken engages with sales, marketing and actual customers to track the strengths and weaknesses of the product and brings that info back into the product planning process.
Ken has worked and/or consulted for large companies and for start-ups. He has experience with cradle-to-grave lifecycle management at hardware companies, felt the pressure of product launch at start-ups, performed forecasting and Product Management for Dolby as it went public, and performed as the Product Owner in fast-moving Agile teams. He has worked with hardware, software, services, apps, cloud and enterprise companies.
He has 20+ years of Product Management and Product Marketing experience at top companies like Apple, Intuit, Dolby, Elo Touch and many start-up and small tech companies. Ken has a BS in International Business Management from Notre Dame de Namur University. Ken has a passion for exciting and delighting customers with outstanding products.
