Manfred Schwarz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture management and corporate venturing, currently serving as Manager and Senior Venture Associate at 27pilots since September 2021. Manfred has a proven track record in enhancing competitiveness through startup collaborations, having held Senior Consultant and Senior Venture Associate roles with Deloitte and Siemens Energy Ventures, respectively. Previous positions include Venture Associate at the BMW Startup Garage and Program/Product Manager in eMobility at MAN Truck & Bus SE. Manfred's early career featured a Global Champion Trainee program with TRATON GROUP, along with significant contributions to automotive projects at Volkswagen and research at TUMCREATE. Manfred holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.
