Hesaam Farhang has a diverse range of work experience. Hesaam started their career as an Independent Software Developer and System Administrator in 2009, where they worked on various software development projects and managed system administration tasks.

In 2010, Hesaam joined Imen Pardis Technologies as a Software Developer. During their time there, they led the development of the Bisphone messaging mobile application and served as the lead engineer for its backend. Hesaam also worked on various research and development projects, including a content delivery system and a geolocation DNS platform. Additionally, Hesaam developed tools for monitoring network traffic and blocking fraudulent activity.

In 2015, Hesaam joined 2600Hz as a Software Engineer. Hesaam was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer in 2019. At 2600Hz, Hesaam was part of the Core team responsible for designing scalable hosted telecom services. Hesaam worked on refactoring existing applications, debugging and enhancing codes, and implementing new features. Hesaam utilized RabbitMQ for cross-application message passing and CouchDB for data storage.
