Nishant Bhagya has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Nishant started their career as a Research and Analysis Intern at Forbes Marshall in 2014, followed by an Operational Marketing Internship at Genesis Luxury in 2015. In 2017, Nishant worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Walter & Benjamin and later as an Assistant Digital Brand Manager at VALRHONA. In 2018, they served as a Performance Marketing Assistant at Lesara and subsequently joined Parfums Christian Dior as an International e-commerce Project Manager. In 2020, Nishant became the Founder of Shroom Labs and also worked as a Business Development Manager at Flolab. Currently, they are employed as a Brand Success Manager (Tech) at 24S since May 2022.
Nishant Bhagya completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2011 and 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Digital Marketing, General Management, and Luxury from ESSEC Business School from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they also obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Università Bocconi. Prior to their university education, Nishant completed their HSC (High School Certificate) in Commerce from Mayo College, Ajmer, between 2005 and 2011.
In terms of additional certifications, Nishant obtained a C1 French certificate from Bright Language in August 2020. Nishant also obtained a certification in Fragrance and Flavour Development & its Applications from FFDC in August 2016. Additionally, they hold a B2 French certification from ESSEC Business School.
